誰可以加入街坊會？有身份或地區限制嗎？ Who is eligible to join? Are there residency or status restrictions?
無論你是新抵埗、回流、已定居大溫多年，或是持任何簽證／居民身份的香港人及支持者，均歡迎加入。
Everyone is welcome—whether you are a newcomer, returnee, long-time resident of Metro Vancouver, or hold any visa/residency status, as well as community supporters.
我可以先註冊免費帳號，日後再升級為正式會員嗎？ Can I register a free account first and upgrade to full membership later?
可以。你可以隨時在個人帳戶頁面升級為正式會員，付費後即可立即解鎖全數會員專屬優惠及 Perkopolis 福利。
Yes. You can upgrade to full membership at any time from your account page. Once payment is completed, all exclusive merchant discounts and Perkopolis benefits will be unlocked immediately.
支援哪些付款方式？會費可以退款嗎？ What payment methods are supported? Are membership fees refundable?
我們支援主流信用卡（Visa、Mastercard）及 Apple Pay / Google Pay 在線付款。由於會費全數用於支持社群運作及行政成本，會費一經繳付恕不設退款。
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Because all contributions directly fund community operations and administrative costs, membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
會費與續會有效期計算 Fees & Renewal Expiry Calculation
會費如何計算？會自動扣款嗎？ How is the annual fee charged? Is there auto-renewal?
會費為每年 CAD $20.00，會籍自付款當日起計有效一年。我們不會強迫自動扣款，到期前系統會透過電郵發送續會提醒，由您自主決定是否續期。
The annual fee is CAD $20.00 for one full year. We do not charge recurring automatic renewals without notice; you will receive a reminder before expiration to renew on your own terms.
會籍續期及有效期如何計算？提前續會會損失剩餘時間嗎？ How is renewal validity calculated? Will I lose remaining time if I renew early?
不會，提前續會完全不會損失現有會籍的剩餘時間。系統會根據你的會籍狀態自動精確計算：
- 提前續會（未到期）：新有效期會在現時到期日基礎上直接順延 1 年（+1 年）。例如：現有會籍於 10 月 1 日到期，你在 8 月提前續會，新到期日將順延至翌年的 10 月 1 日。
- 過期後續會：若會籍已過期，新有效期會自完成付款續會當日起計 1 年。
No, you will not lose any remaining time. Our system calculates expiry dates as follows:
- Early Renewal (Active): Validity is extended by 1 full year from your current expiry date, preserving all remaining days. For example, if your membership expires on October 1 and you renew in August, your new expiry date will be October 1 of the following year.
- Renewal After Expiry: If your membership has already expired, the new 1-year validity starts from the day of renewal payment.
會籍過期後還可以續會嗎？ Can I still renew after my membership has expired?
可以。即使會籍已過期，你仍可隨時登入「會員專區」點擊「立即續會」完成付款以恢復所有會員權益，毋須重新註冊或再次填寫入會資料表格。
Yes. Even if your membership has expired, you can log into the Member Portal anytime and click "Renew Now" to complete payment and restore all member benefits, without needing to register again or fill out the membership form.
電子會員證與會員權益 Digital Pass & Member Benefits
會員卡是實體還是電子格式？如何查閱？ Is the membership card digital or physical? How do I access it?
溫哥華街坊會採用環保電子會員證。成功入會後，系統會將電子會員卡發送至你的登記電郵，你亦可隨時在手機瀏覽器登入「會員專區」即時查閱動態電子會員證（附實時時間戳認證）向商戶出示。
We issue eco-friendly digital membership passes. Upon activation, your digital card is emailed to you and is always accessible with dynamic live timestamp verification by logging into the Member Portal on any mobile device to present to merchants.
如何使用商戶會員優惠？ How do I redeem merchant discounts?
在實體合作店舖消費付款前，向店員出示街坊會手機電子會員證即可；於網店購物時，可輸入街坊會會員專屬優惠碼享有折扣（可於會員專區或商戶名錄查閱）。
Simply present your digital membership card on your smartphone before payment at brick-and-mortar stores, or apply exclusive online promo codes (viewable in the Member Portal or Merchant Directory) during online store checkout.
如何註冊及啟用 Perkopolis 優惠？續會後需要重新申請嗎？ How do I access Perkopolis discounts? Do I need to re-apply after renewal?
入會後我們需批次將名單提交至 Perkopolis 處理，請留意系統發送的啟用電郵（通常在入會後 1 星期內）。續會會員的 Perkopolis 帳戶會持續有效，毋須重新註冊。
For new members, Perkopolis accounts are enrolled in batches. Please watch for an activation email within 1 week of joining. Renewed members maintain continuous Perkopolis access without needing to re-enroll.
參加社區活動時，如何獲得會員優先報名或票價減免？ How do I get priority registration or discounted tickets for events?
只需在活動發布時使用已綁定會員的帳號登入系統，符合資格的活動將會自動套用會員專屬票價或優先開放報名通道。
Simply sign in with your active member account when browsing events. Eligible events will automatically apply member-exclusive pricing and priority registration access.
一張會員證可以與家人共用嗎？ Can a membership card be shared with family members?
會員證為個人專屬，商戶優惠出示本人電子會員證即可享用；活動報名的優先權及票價減免則以登記帳號為準。
Membership cards are for individual use. You can enjoy merchant discounts by presenting your digital card in person. Event priority access and ticket subsidies apply per registered member account.
帳戶管理與支援 Account & Support
如何更新我的個人資料（如暱稱、電話、居住城市或通訊偏好）？ How do I update my profile details (e.g. nickname, phone, city, or newsletter preferences)?
登入後於個人帳戶或設定頁面，即可隨時更新暱稱、聯絡電話、性別、年齡組別、現居城市以及電郵通訊訂閱偏好。
After signing in, navigate to Account Settings to update your nickname, phone number, gender, age group, residential city, and newsletter subscription preferences at any time.
若遺失或找不到電子會員證的電郵，該如何處理？ What should I do if I lose my digital card or cannot find the email?
你可以隨時登入街坊會網站的「會員專區」重新查看及出示會員證，或聯絡我們為你重新發送確認電郵。
You can log into the Member Portal on the VKA website anytime to view your digital card, or contact us to resend your confirmation email.
