今次帶你挑戰 Squamish 超人氣路線 Sea to Summit Trail,由山腳一路爆汗行到山頂,沿途仲可以睇盡 Howe Sound 無敵海景+瀑布靚景邊行邊打卡📸。練體能+睇風景一次過滿足!全程約 7.5km+918m elevation,真‧練腳骨力。行完仲可以 chill 喺露台飲凍飲睇山景獎勵自己。行完山唔使擔心,我地會直接坐纜車落山。

a. 簡介及路線:
🥾位於 Squamish 嘅 Sea To Summit Trail 係一條相當陡峭嘅登山徑,我哋會由 Stawamus Chief Provinical Park 停車場出發,頭呢段路又斜又多人,因為好多人都會行上 The Chief 睇風景。繼續向上行,留意一個有指示牌嘅分叉路口,喺嗰度向右轉,離開 The Chief 嘅路線,繼續跟住 Sea To Summit 行。
呢條路沿途可以欣賞到幾個壯麗嘅 Howe Sound 景觀,同埋Shannon Falls 瀑布上段,絕對唔只係一個體能挑戰咁簡單。呢條路線嘅詳細簡介可以嚟呢度睇。
呢個行山活動最正嘅時刻⋯⋯就係行完山之後坐低喺露台,飲住杯凍飲,一邊欣賞Howe Sound同海岸山脈嘅靚景。
我哋今次淨係行上去,落山我哋會坐纜車,所以記得帶信用卡或者現金,方便搭纜車落山 (自費 - 每人 $20)。
請註意:坐完纜車落山我哋仲需要由 Sea to Sky Gondola 停車場行去 Stawamus Chief Provinical Park 停車場,大概行 12-15 分鐘。

⌚ 需時:~ 4 - 5 小時行山 同埋 ~ 1 - 2 小時食晏抖下

📶 難度:中等 - 困難 (Intermediate / Difficult)
⏏️中途退出點: 我們係坐纜車落山,所以如果中途退出就唔會到達山頂嘅纜車站,同埋要自己沿路落山。

🚗 泊車:Stawamus Chief Provincial Park 有免費停車場 (map) ,但係要早,如果唔係會冇位
🚕 Carpool:如果需要,我哋可以幫手盡力安排 carpool,但係未能保證一定安排到
💰建議如果carpool,可以夾番油錢同泊車錢⛽💰 (建議每人夾$10-$20 - 可問車主)
c. 費用:
👫🏻 會員 - 免費及可以幫一名非會員免費報名 (亦即係會員可以免費報名兩個人包括會員本人)
👥 非會員 - 每位 $5 (支持街坊會運作。退票需要喺6月12號下午四點前,同時街坊會亦會收取$2手續及行政費用。)

d. 注意事項/ 事前準備
- 足夠飲用水 約 2-2.5L
- 一些簡便小食及晏晝 (如Energy Bar 等)
- 自備袋食完小食及晏晝後帶走啲垃圾
- 防曬用品(包括帽,太陽油),蚊怕水,個人藥物等
- 公園內可能有野生動物例如郊狼(coyote)等出沒。如果帶同小朋友或小狗,請注意不要讓他們走開。
- 如果落雨,請穿防雨(水)衣服和鞋。
- 注意山上比較涼,最好用洋蔥式穿法 (layering) 。
- 山路比較多泥濘及濕滑,如沒有行山經驗,可預備手杖。
