1. Icebreakers and Briefing (10:30 AM - 10:45 AM)
- Icebreakers to kick off the event.
2. “Small Talks” (10:45 AM - 12:25 PM)
3. Wrap-Up (12:25 PM - 12:30 PM)
4. Bring Your Own Lunch (12:30 PM - whenever the last one leaves)
- Suggest to bring finger food for easy sharing, if wanted
- Bring your own utensils and plate because none will be supplied
- There is a fridge to put your food in before the English conversation session
- And there is a microwave to heat up the food after
