Prevention of Osteoporosis and Aging: Explaining the benefits of strength training in preventing osteoporosis and slowing down the aging process.
Introduction to Strength Training Exercises: Introducing basic strength training exercises and providing a simple training program.
BCRPA Fitness Trainer Certification: Briefing on obtaining the British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association (BCRPA) fitness trainer certification, including registration process, exam content, and preparation tips.
