會員計劃理念

1. 吸納新舊香港移民
   溫哥華街坊會提供平台供大溫地區的新舊移民互助、分享資訊、組織活動，同時為街坊會每年籌集基本資金和固定支持者基礎。
2. 連結港人商戶
   與大溫各地方機構及港人商戶保持關係，提供渠道讓商戶回饋移民社群；同時投放資源給街坊會組織連結移民的各項活動；移民則增加消費支持互相的商戶。
3. 建立更壯大的港人社群
   建立並保存港人移民經濟圈，保持舊有商戶並鼓勵移民創業。創造港裔社群的財力並參與到社區活動中。

Membership Program’s Vision

1. Attracting new and old Hong Kong immigrants
   VKA provides a platform for new and old immigrants in the Greater Vancouver area to enhance mutual assistance, information sharing, and the organization of various activities to smoothen the settlement of new immigrants. At the same time, the membership program can help raise basic funds and establish a loyal supporter base every year.
   
2. Connecting with Hong Kong merchants
   VKA aims to maintain relationships with local institutions and Hong Kong merchants in Greater Vancouver, providing channels for merchants to give back to the HK immigrant community. While resources are put into organizing various activities that connect immigrants through the Association, immigrants can patronize merchants from Hong Kong and support their businesses.
   
3. Establishing a stronger Hong Kong community
   VKA's membership program targets to establish and preserve the Hong Kong immigrant economic circle, maintain existing businesses, and encourage immigrants to start their own businesses. It creates financial resources for the Hong Kong community in the Greater Vancouver area so they can participate in community activities.
