#香港人社區空間 20241110- Sound Bath聲音浴體驗班 Sound Bath 聲頻浴的目的，是讓你暫時放下一切，在清雅舒適的空間中，一邊躺臥休息，一邊讓你的身體、感官、情感、思想浸潤在經設計的聲音和振動頻率當中，你可以呼呼大睡，可以任意放空，也可讓思緒自由地隨著每個聲頻音韻暢泳飛掦。聲音浴聲頻能讓身體感到較強烈的共振，加速體內血液循環流動，並可以幫助我們靜心、改善睡眠質素、舒緩頭痛，達至深度放鬆。今個月街坊會會為大家帶黎一個Sound Bath聲音浴體驗，整個聲頻浴歷時大約50分鐘，讓參加者能夠體驗深層次的放鬆。因為場地所限體驗班名額8人（只限成年人報名），想體驗聲音浴就要快啲報名喇。日期：11月10日 (星期日) 時間：2：00pm - 3：30 pm 地點：The adjusting room － 432 8th Street, New Westminster 名額：8名費用：成人(16+)－會員$9, 非會員 $11 報名及詳情請按：https://tickets.vankaifong.com/space-20241110/ 今次聲音浴由Suki主持。 Suki 由2016年開始在温哥華因為定期開始接觸了Gong Bath發現聲音浴能夠令自己進入放鬆狀態而有所啓發。之後分別在2017年在New York與2018年在Mexico City 跟美國Gong Master Don大師學習Gong 銅鑼。在2018年之後也在温哥華跟不同老師們學習Crystal Singing Bowl 水晶頌缽和Tibetan Singing bowl 頌鉢。然後開始不同加入不用的樂器去做自我療癒和練習。直至2021年正式開始舉辨Sound Bath聲音浴為有需要的人服務。
